My name is Alishia Augustine, Founder and Managing Member of NobleRock LLC.

Throughout my life, I have learned that adversity can either define you or strengthen you. As a legally blind Black woman, I have faced challenges that many people would consider barriers to success. Despite those obstacles, I built a professional career and worked at Cancer Treatment Centers of America, where I demonstrated dedication, adaptability, and a commitment to serving others. I also had the privilege of serving patients from diverse backgrounds, including many veterans who dedicated their lives to serving our country.

Working with veterans gave me a deep appreciation for the sacrifices they have made and the unique challenges many face when transitioning back into civilian life, including access to stable housing, healthcare, and support systems. My experience helping serve veterans reinforced my commitment to creating meaningful opportunities for those who have served our nation and inspired part of NobleRock's mission to provide quality housing solutions for veterans and their families.

I am also a survivor of domestic violence. Experiencing the instability and uncertainty that can accompany abusive situations gave me firsthand insight into the critical role that safe, stable housing plays in rebuilding lives. I understand what it means to need a fresh start, to seek security, and to work toward independence despite difficult circumstances.

These life experiences inspired the creation of NobleRock LLC.

NobleRock was founded on the belief that housing is more than a structure—it is the foundation for dignity, stability, opportunity, and community.

Our mission is to acquire, rehabilitate, and revitalize distressed residential properties, transforming them into safe and affordable homes for veterans, survivors of domestic violence, low-income families, minority communities, and other underserved populations.

We are committed to improving neighborhoods, increasing housing quality, reducing blight, and creating opportunities for families to thrive. By investing in communities that have often been overlooked, NobleRock seeks to generate both financial returns and lasting social value.

My personal journey has equipped me with resilience, determination, resourcefulness, and an unwavering commitment to helping others overcome obstacles. Those qualities are the foundation of NobleRock's leadership and long-term strategy.
